Bajaj Auto and Triumph Motorcycles made waves in the Indian market with the recent unveiling of their highly anticipated models, the Triumph Speed 400 and Scrambler 400X. These motorcycles, which were first introduced globally on June 27, have already garnered an overwhelming response, with over 10,000 bookings within just 10 days of the launch.

According to CNBC 18, this level of pre-orders is unprecedented and speaks volumes about the trust and confidence that riders have in both Bajaj Auto and Triumph Motorcycles. Rakesh Sharma, the executive director of Bajaj Auto, expressed his gratitude for the overwhelming support and emphasized their commitment to delivering exceptional motorcycles that captivate riders with their performance, design, and technology.

To cater to the unprecedented demand, Bajaj Auto has announced plans to ramp up production, ensuring that customers’ waiting period is minimized. The company has introduced an online booking system, allowing customers to reserve their spot and secure their bike. As soon as the motorcycles arrive at the dealerships, customers from the booking list will be invited to complete their payment and take delivery of their bikes.

The Triumph Speed 400, initially announced at a special inaugural price of Rs 2.23 lakh (ex-showroom, India) for the first 10,000 bookings, will be available for purchase from the end of July. On the other hand, the Scrambler 400X is set to hit the showrooms in October, with its price to be announced closer to the launch.

The overwhelming response to these new bike models in India demonstrates the growing enthusiasm for high-performance motorcycles in the country. The collaboration between Bajaj Auto and Triumph Motorcycles has undoubtedly piqued the interest of motorcycle enthusiasts, who eagerly await the opportunity to experience these two-wheeled marvels on the Indian roads.
