Honda SC e: Electric Scooter Concept Revealed in Japan

Honda has showcased a new electric scooter concept at the Tokyo Motor Show, also known as the Japan Mobility Show. The concept, called the SC e:, is a futuristic-looking scooter that resembles the Activa-i model that was available in India a few years ago.
The SC e: concept has a sharp and curvy design with full LED lighting and blue accents. It features two removable batteries with a combined capacity of around 2.6kWh, but Honda has not revealed any other technical details of the scooter.
The concept also has telescopic forks and a mono-shock for suspension, and a disc/drum brake combination with 12-inch wheels. Honda has not announced any plans to launch the SC e: concept in the market, but it is expected to be available in some international markets by the end of 2024. However, Indian customers may have to wait longer for Honda’s electric scooter offerings. The company is likely to launch the electric version of the Activa in early 2024.
