TVS Ronin Special Edition Launched in India: Price, Specs, and More

TVS Motor Company has launched a special edition of the Ronin 225 motorcycle in India ahead of the festive season. The special edition, called the Ronin TD, is priced at Rs. 1.73 lakh (ex-showroom) and comes with a host of upgrades and a new paint scheme.

The most noticeable change to the Ronin TD is its new triple-tone Nimbus Grey colour option. The paint scheme uses grey as the primary tone, white colour as the secondary tone, and a red stripe as the third tone. The motorcycle also comes with TVS Ronin branding on the rims, along with blacked-out lower parts and a headlamp bezel.

In addition to the cosmetic changes, the Ronin TD also comes with a few functional upgrades. The motorcycle now comes equipped with a USB charger, visor, and an FI cover. The mechanicals remain unchanged, with the Ronin TD powered by a 225.9cc, air/oil-cooled engine that produces 20.1bhp at 7,750rpm and 19.93Nm of peak torque. The engine is paired with a five-speed gearbox.
