Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra 5G: Specifications & Design Leaked Before Launch

Days before Samsung’s highly anticipated Galaxy Unpacked event, the specifications of the Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra 5G have surfaced online. The flagship tablet from the Galaxy Tab S9 series is rumored to be powered by Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset, coupled with 12GB of RAM and a generous 512GB of inbuilt storage. It is also expected to boast a massive 14.6-inch Dynamic AMOLED display.
Renowned tipster Evan Blass (@evleaks) leaked the details on Thursday, revealing the tablet’s impressive features. The Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra 5G is said to sport a 13-megapixel primary rear camera alongside an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera. Additionally, it will offer a dual front-facing camera setup, featuring two 12-megapixel cameras for capturing selfies and video calls.
Fueling the device is an impressive 11,200mAh battery, promising extended usage without frequent charging. For connectivity, the tablet will support dual-SIM functionality with one physical SIM and one eSIM. As for storage, the tablet will come with ample 512GB of built-in storage, which can be expanded further. It is expected to run on Android 13 straight out of the box.
Accompanying the leaked specifications, Evan Blass also shared four images of the Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra. The images depict the tablet with a notch for the purported dual front-facing cameras, as well as two rear cameras. The tablet is also shown alongside a keyboard and stylus, supporting its productivity capabilities. These leaked images align with previous design leaks, adding credibility to the latest revelations.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra 5G is anticipated to make its official debut during the Galaxy Unpacked event next week. The event is expected to unveil other exciting devices, including the Galaxy Z Flip 5 and Galaxy Z Fold 5 smartphones, the Galaxy Watch 6 series, and the Galaxy Buds 3 truly wireless stereo (TWS) earphones.
