Mahesh Babu Ends Speculations: Guntur Kaaram Release Date Confirmed

Addressing the mounting rumors regarding the potential delay of the much-anticipated action drama Guntur Kaaram, Mahesh Babu himself took a proactive stance to put all speculations to rest. He revealed the confirmed release date of the film during a recent media interaction.When questioned about the possible postponement of the movie’s release, Mahesh confidently dismissed all speculations, affirming that the film will hit the screens as originally intended, coinciding with the Sankranti festival of 2024. This festival is scheduled for January 15 next year, and the filmmakers had previously announced that Guntur Kaaram would premiere on January 13 as a Sankranti release.Originally titled SSMB28, the film’s official title was unveiled by Mahesh Babu as Guntur Kaaram on May 31, which marked his father Krishna’s birth anniversary.

The movie is produced by S Radha Krishna under the Haarika & Hassine Creations banner. This collaboration reunites Mahesh Babu and director Trivikram Srinivas, who have previously worked together on films like Athadu (2005) and Khaleja (2010).
