Sathyaraj’s ‘Angaaragan’ Finally Gets a Release Date

The wait is over for the fans of veteran actor Sathyaraj, who is returning to the big screen after a long gap with his upcoming film Angaaragan. The makers of the film have announced that the film will release on September 8, 2023, in theatres across Tamil Nadu.

Angaaragan is an action thriller film directed by Mohan Dachu, a former associate of Ram Gopal Varma. The film features Sathyaraj as the main antagonist, who plays a ruthless gangster named Angaaragan. The film also stars Sreepathy and Niya Sankarathil as the lead pair, along with Appu Kutty, Angadi Theru Mahesh, and Reina Karad in supporting roles.

The film is produced by Jomon Philip and Geena Jomon under the banner Julien and Jeroma International. The music of the film is composed by Ku Karthik, who has also penned the lyrics for the songs. The cinematography is done by Bhuvan Gowda and the editing is done by Valar Pandi.

The teaser of the film was released in April 2023 and received a positive response from the audience. The teaser showcased the intense and violent nature of the film, with Sathyaraj’s menacing look and dialogue delivery stealing the show.
