How to make Cowboy Coffee

Cowboy coffee can be made in several ways. However, to arrive at the right flavour and colour, you need to adopt the right method.

There is more than one approach to making the cowboy coffee.

The ideal way to make this coffee is by sticking to the traditional method.

Boil Water:

Bring about four cups of water to a boil. Try not to place your kettle on an open fire, as you'll be getting it out soon. Rather, put your kettle on a grate over heat.

Get your Coffee bag Ready:

As you wait for the coffee to boil, filter your coffee ground by pouring it in a clean sock or a bag.

Toss the bag in the kettle:

Throw the bag or socks into your kettle and wait till it begins to boil again.

When the water begins to boil, stop heating it. Afterwards, let it cool and steep for some minutes.

As soon as your coffee has steeped and cooled a bit, pour yourself some cowboy coffee and enjoy!
