Questions to never ask your fitness trainer

You are trying to lose weight and build muscles. Now you have gotten yourself a personal trainer. Great!
There are probably so many questions running through your mind, and you need some answers quickly.
But sadly, not all questions are intelligent. (Never mind what your high school teacher said).
So what are some of the questions you should never ask your personal trainer?
“Can you make me lose 10 kilos in one week?” Remember, your fitness trainer is not a magician.
“I need to get rid of my belly fat only. Can I just stick to abs exercises only?” Now that’s plain impossible.
Remember, your personal trainer is not Gregor Mendel. Your answer lies in genetics.
"How come Katie eats so much but has an amazing shape without doing any exercises?”
“I want to lose 5 kilos quickly. Why can’t I just stay in the gym throughout today and get it over with?”
The more frequently you exercise a particular muscle, the less chance you give it to develop.
“How come my biceps are not developing despite lifting weights every day?”
