Its hard to break bad habits, But when it comes to building healthy habits, small decisions add up over time.you can incorporate into your busy life to be healthier every day. Living a healthy life is a key to living happy life.

You don't need to exercise everyday but its important that to live a healthy life you should get proper 8 hours of sleep. Getting a good sleep is a must have habit.

As they say, exercise for just 30 minutes a day is the greatest thing you can do to your overall health. So its important to move for atleast a 30 min everyday day.

Water is a key to healthy day. Drink at least 2 litres of water everyday. Our body needs water, dehydration is not good for our health.
