Mamamoo is a 4 member is a South Korean girl group formed by the entertainment company RBW in 2014, They are known for their impressive vocals.
Tough Queens OF K-pop officially debuted with their single "Mr. Ambiguous" on June 18, 2014. Which was considered as one of the best debuts.
The group consists of four-member, those are Solar, Moonbyul, Wheein, and Hwasa. They are recognized for their retro, jazz, and vocal performances.
According to the Group, they named their MAMAMOO because it signifies the sound that babies make. 'MAMA' means mother.
Fans of the group are called "MooMoos". In Korean Moo means Radish so fans are also referred to as such sometimes.
Before their debut, the girls released three pre-release singles including artists like Bumkey, with "Don't Be Happy", K.Will, with "Peppermint Chocolate", and "Heeheehaheho".
South Korean four-member girl group Mamamoo has released three studio albums, 2 Korean and 1 Japanese, 7 Extended plays, and 24 singles.
Mamamoo has received a total of 43 awards out of 160 nominations, including Mnet Asian Music Awards, Golden disk Awards, Gaon music chart awards.
On May 18, the group announced on their social media that their eleventh EP, WAW, would be released on June 2, along with the lead single "Where Are We Now".
